Welcome to the University of North Dakota School of Law!
This site is for the payment of the Admissions Application Fee or the Acceptance Deposit.
To complete the Admissions Application:
- Pay the non-refundable $35 Admissions Application fee
- Submit all necessary paperwork
Once admitted, please make payment of the $300 non-refundable Acceptance Deposit.

School of Law Admission Application Fee
Please make payment for the application fee, ONLY if you have not already made payment for an application fee on the LSAC website. For the application file to be considered complete, UND must receive the following:
- The non-refundable application fee of $35 (payment should be made online via this payment site).
- A complete application.
- A Credential Assembly Service (CAS) Report.
- This is information that the Law School Admissions Council reports to UND and includes the student's undergraduate academic record and the student's score on the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).
- Two completed recommendation forms sent to UND by the student's recommenders or included in the student's CAS report.
NOTE: Students are responsible for ensuring that all of the application materials have been received by the UND School of Law.
School of Law Acceptance Deposit
Once admitted into the University of North Dakota School of Law, the student is required to submit a $300 Acceptance Deposit. The Acceptance Deposit:
- reserves a seat in the program
- is not due until April 1st or later, depending on the date of admission
- Cannot be waived
- will be credited to your student account after the last day to add/drop courses for the term
- is non-refundable if the student chooses not to enroll or if the student withdraws from all courses
