UND Registrar's Office

Upon request, the University of North Dakota will provide students with a replacement diploma for $25.

Diploma replacements may only be requested by the individual who earned the degree.

The new diploma will be produced in a style that is currently used by UND

• Bachelors - 8.5" x 11"
  
• Masters - 8.5" x 11"
• Doctoral, M.D. and J.D. - 12" x 15"
• The diploma will be signed by the current officials of the University and the State of North Dakota

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production and delivery of the diploma.  Diplomas will be mailed to the address indicated in the application form.

NOTE:  A request by a student who is in debt to the University will not be honored until the indebtedness has been paid.
