UND International Center

The International Center at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota is pleased to announce that it now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. This service is available to anyone in the UND and Grand Forks communities.

U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports by calling the International Center at 701-777-4231 to schedule an appointment, or by sending an email to und.international.center@und.edu.

The International Center asks that applicants visit the U.S Dept of State website and read about the process and current fees prior to making an appointment. Please note, the application fee (Execution fee) must be paid by personal check or money order, payable to the US Department of State. Credit and debit cards are not accepted for the State Department fee. The processing fee will be paid through Marketplace by eCheck or credit/debit card.
