School of Law Acceptance Deposit

Once admitted into the University of North Dakota School of Law, the student is required to submit a $300 Acceptance Deposit.  The Acceptance Deposit: 

• reserves a seat in the program
• is not due until April 1st or later, depending on the date of admission
• Cannot be waived
• will be credited to your student account after the last day to add/drop courses for the term
• is non-refundable if the student chooses not to enroll or if the student withdraws from all courses
