By accepting my placement, I acknowledge that progression in the program is contingent upon meeting benchmark scores on ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute) exams throughout the curriculum.
I further acknowledge that a hold will be placed on my account and I will not be able to register for classes until all of my verifications are complete and approved. I understand this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and that placement positions are limited and I will, therefore, notify the Office of Student Services at 701-777-4174 immediately if my plans change.
